Spend a full day at Xel-Há, an all-inclusive natural park where the turquoise waters of its famous inlet are yours to explore. Swim and snorkel among colorful tropical fish, then add some thrills with cenotes, lagoons, water zip lines, slides and high jumps. Food and drinks are unlimited all day, so you can take a break whenever you like. With something for every age and interest, it's an easy favorite for families, couples and friends who want adventure and nature in one place.

Meeting and pickup

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be at Aloft Tulum (this is the only meeting point available on Tulum area). The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 7:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.
