Services

We provide eSIM packages for internet connectivity.

Current Offering: Only data packages are available at this time
Future Expansion: Additional services may be introduced later
Customer Type: Currently B2C customers, with potential extension to B2B

Registration and Accounts

Account creation is required to use our Services.

User Responsibility: Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Legal Responsibility: Users are legally responsible for all activities performed through their account.
Security: Users must notify LLC Vaperi immediately of any unauthorized use.

Prices and Payments

Currency: All transactions are charged in USD
Provider: Payments are processed via Stripe
Refunds: Refunds are provided where legally required (e.g., EU consumer rights) or at our discretion
Subscriptions: All transactions are one-time payments, no subscriptions offered

Delivery of Services

eSIMs are delivered digitally through one of the following methods

QR Code: Users may receive a scannable QR code for installation
Email: Delivery of eSIM details via email
App: Activation directly through an application (if supported)

User Obligations

Users agree not to

Resell or redistribute eSIMs
Use Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Violate applicable laws and regulations

Limitation of Liability

LLC Vaperi is not liable for

Network interruptions or outages
Third-party API or provider issues (Airalo, EsimAccess, Stripe, etc.)
Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, cyberattacks)
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on third-party providers including

Telecom Providers: Airalo API, EsimAccess API
Payment Processing: Stripe

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All website content, application code, logos, and designs belong to LLC Vaperi
Restrictions: Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit without written consent

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Disputes shall be governed as follows

Georgia: Disputes governed by the laws of Georgia
European Union: Disputes governed by EU consumer and data protection laws (including GDPR)
United States: Disputes governed by US consumer protection laws (including FTC and CCPA)
International: Disputes resolved in accordance with applicable international laws

Changes to Terms

Right to Amend: LLC Vaperi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time
Notification: Users will be notified of changes via Email or Website notice
Acceptance: Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance
