Whisky and chocolate: the gourmet pairing

What if chocolate and whisky become the highlight of your meals? This workshop explores the possible pairings between chocolates and whiskies, to reveal new flavors during dessert or digestive. You will discover surprising combinations and leave with simple and concrete ideas to associate your spirits at home, turning the end of the meal into a gourmet and convivial moment. As you taste, you’ll see how the roundness of a whisky can complement a chocolate, how bitterness can reveal certain notes, or how a touch of sweetness balances a more powerful spirit. Guided by an Expert, you will test different chords and learn how to spot what works. Because it’s all about balance: finding the right meeting between chocolate and whisky is revealing the soul of both. A workshop for the curious, the greedy, and all those who want to experience the tasting differently.
