   Sakurai Futamigaura

   Marvel at the striking contrast of a pristine white Torii gate standing inside the blue ocean, framing two massive sacred rocks connected by a traditional straw rope (Shimenawa). Known as the "Couples Rock," it is a symbol of love and good fortune.

   This massive facility combines a museum, a ramen factory, and a restaurant. You can peek through glass windows to see how the famous noodles are made, learn about the history of Tonkotsu ramen, and enjoy a steaming bowl of fresh ramen at the restaurant.

   Escape the coastal breeze and head into the quiet woods. "Midori no Uta" (which translates to "Poetry of Green") is a beautiful cafe featuring wooden decks built around tall trees. It’s the perfect place to breathe in the fresh forest air and enjoy premium coffee, matcha, or seasonal sweets.

   Kobo Tottan

   Watch local artisans extract pure sea salt from the ocean using a massive, traditional bamboo tower structure. The rustic, wooden workshop sits right on the rocky coast. It is world-famous for its "Shio Pudding" (Salt Pudding)　a creamy, sweet custard topped with crunchy, hand-made sea salt and olive oil.

   Totoro's Forest

   Located near the grand coastal cliff of Keya no Oto, this enchanting trail is lined with densely intertwined evergreen oak trees. Walking through it feels exactly like entering the secret tree tunnel from a famous Anime in Japan. A short hike leads to an observation deck with a panoramic view of the Genkai Sea.

• Meals, drinks, and admission fees are NOT included in the tour price. You will need to pay for your own lunch and drinks/sweets on-site. Please bring sufficient Japanese Yen (cash), as some local shops and cafes in Itoshima may not accept credit cards or mobile payments.
• We highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes or sneakers and dressing appropriately for outdoor weather.
• This is a private charter tour, however, to ensure you can visit all destinations within the scheduled time, please follow the time limits for each spot suggested by the driver. If you wish to spend more time at one location, you may need to shorten or skip another destination.
