Private Sound Bath in Santa Barbara

Sound is vibration—and vibration moves through every part of us: body, mind, and spirit. This sound healing experience is an invitation to let those vibrations work through you, dissolving tension, quieting the mind, and restoring balance. We begin by opening the space with intention through the sacred art of tea. Ceremonial-grade tea gently attunes you to the subtle energies of the body, helping you arrive fully in the moment and preparing you for the journey ahead. Blending ancient healing practices with modern wellness, this session is more than relaxation—it’s an immersive energetic reset designed to help you realign and reconnect.

Your 90-minute experience begins with a tea ceremony using high-quality, premium tea chosen to activate qi (chi) and create space for presence and integration. As you sip, the atmosphere begins to shift. You’ll then be guided through a moment of breath awareness, inviting you to fully arrive in your body and the space. From there, Flowing River will lead you through a carefully curated sound journey, weaving together sacred instruments and healing frequencies from around the world. - This immersive sonic landscape helps to calm the mind, reset the nervous system, and guide you into deep relaxation. Each session is a thoughtfully crafted, à la carte experience that meets you where you are—offering restoration for the body, nourishment for the soul, and a return to inner stillness.
