From the moment you book, you are in direct contact with us, and we follow your trip personally. If something comes up, you'll always talk to a real person who knows your booking. And when the unexpected happens, like a delayed flight, we talk it through with you and find the best solution together. From the welcome with a name sign to your final destination, every detail is handled with care.

1. Booking and Confirmation After completing your booking, you will receive immediate confirmation of your private transfer service. The price is all-inclusive, with no hidden fees. Any optional extras (such as additional waiting time) are clearly listed in the "Exclusions" section. 2. All-Inclusive Private Service The transfer is fully private and personalized. We operate transfers between Miami International Airport (MIA), PortMiami, hotels, and private residences within our service area (see "Additional pickup details"). 3. Trip Details and Real-Time Tracking We collect your flight or cruise details to track it in real time. Pickup times are adjusted at no extra cost for delays of up to 2 hours, subject to the conditions described in point 9. 4. Welcome at the Meeting Point Your driver will be waiting inside the airport or terminal, holding a sign with your name, for an easy and stress-free meeting. In case of flight delays or operational circumstances, we may arrange a curbside pickup instead, with clear instructions sent in advance. 5. Free Waiting Time Included The service includes complimentary waiting time after landing: 45 minutes for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights. 6. Luggage Assistance We take care of loading and unloading your luggage, so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Please note that the number of pieces of luggage must be provided at the time of booking. 7. Comfortable, Direct Transfer Enjoy a comfortable and private transfer directly to your final destination. 8. Arrival at Your Destination The service ends at the location selected by the traveler, in a timely, safe, and stress-free manner. 9. Flight Delays & Diversions Delays of up to 2 hours are adjusted at no extra cost, provided the new arrival time does not conflict with another confirmed service. In that case, we will offer an alternative pickup time within 90 minutes of landing (or, where available, a replacement vehicle). If you decline it, 50% of the price is refunded; if we cannot offer any alternative, you receive a full refund. For delays over 2 hours, pickup is subject to availability, and a re-dispatch fee of $80 applies if the driver has to return to the airport. We operate at MIA only and cannot pick you up at a diverted airport. If you don't reach the booked airport, the booking is a no-show and non-refundable. Please keep your phone reachable on arrival day.
