Our driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall just after you collect your luggage and show a poster showing the name of the lead passenger.

In your transfers from the airport, our guide will greet you with an easy identification sign with your name, guide you to the private vehicle for your transportation and accompany and assist you at the airport. The travel time between the Mariscal Sucre Airport and the downtown area of Quito is approximately 50 minutes, in which our guide will drive you safely to your destination. All incoming flights are monitored, so it is safe in case your arrival is delayed. This service is available 24 hours, every day of the week. In confirmation also you receive our emergency number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and in case of any questions please contact us.

• At the time of booking, passengers must provide the airline and the flight number and phone number abroad. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 handbag.
• Excessive luggage (p. Eg., Surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restricciones. Ask the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• Upon arriving on an overnight flight, be sure to book for the dates you land.
• A maximum of 3 people per book
