Day 1 pickup is available from hotels, accommodations, stations, or agreed locations within Nagoya city. Day 1 ends at your self-booked accommodation in Tsumago/Nagiso. Day 2 pickup is from that accommodation, with final drop-off in Nagoya city. Accommodation is not included. After booking, please provide exact pickup and overnight addresses, hotel names, entrance or station-exit details, preferred pickup times, passenger and luggage counts, and a reachable phone number or WhatsApp. Contact us at least 24 hours before departure to confirm your accommodation or request itinerary changes. Otherwise, the default route applies. Please wait at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled time. Free waiting time is 30 minutes. Additional waiting or overtime costs JPY 5,000 per hour. Each day includes up to 10 hours of vehicle service, including driving, waiting and sightseeing. Service between 22:00 and 07:00 incurs an additional JPY 2,000 night fee. Vehicle capacity: MAX6 Alphard: 6 passengers, 4 × 28-inch suitcases. MAX9 Hiace: 9 passengers, 15 × 28-inch suitcases. Exceeding capacity requires a vehicle upgrade or additional vehicle at extra cost, subject to availability. One infant seat and one wheelchair are available free upon advance request, subject to vehicle suitability. Additional infant seats cost JPY 2,000 each. Driver only. No guide, accompanied hiking, or guaranteed English-speaking driver. During the independent Magome–Tsumago hike, the driver repositions the vehicle and meets guests at an agreed pickup point. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable. Parking restrictions may require walking to a designated meeting point. Out-of-route transfers, accommodation locations, or extra stops require advance confirmation and may incur additional fees.
