Monaco's princes and princesses, including Grace Kelly, are laid to rest here. Other sights include Justice Palace and the Oceanographic Museum. Enjoy the view from 1,400 feet (427 meters) high, and then head down to the Fragonard Perfume Factory (Perfumerie Fragonard).

   The village of La Turbie, also known as the 'Terrace of Monaco' because of its panoramic view of the principality. Admire the ruins of the Trophy of the Alps, a 164-foot-tall (50-meter) monument dedicated to Emperor Augustus, built circa 7 BC on the road that once linked Italy with Cimiez (the Roman quarter of Nice).
