   Experience the Marseille half-and-half: pizza in its most authentic form, built on a base of fresh, uncooked tomato sauce that brings a bright, slightly tangy flavor to every bite. One half is generously topped with grated Emmental, melting into a smooth, golden layer with a mild, nutty richness. The other half celebrates the bold character of the Mediterranean, with salty anchovies laid over the tomato base, sometimes enhanced with a touch of olive oil and a sprinkle of herbs.

   Have a stroll along La Canebière, one of the most famous and historical streets in Marseille. Its named after Canabe, the Provençal term for hemp, that grew in that area.    You will end your culinary journey in Noailles, the market district and also known as "le ventre de Marseille", literally "the belly of Marseille". Here, the savours from Orient will call you!
