This experience is hosted by Valentina Yogalates, a yoga and Pilates instructor based in Mijas Costa who specialises in small, personalised sessions by the sea or at your villa. Each class is adapted to the group and combines yoga, Pilates and breathing techniques to help you relax, move freely and restore your energy during your holiday. Practising outdoors, with the sound of the sea and the warm Costa del Sol climate, creates a calm and memorable experience that many travellers say becomes one of the highlights of their trip. Sessions are welcoming, friendly and suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.

Enjoy a 60-min private yoga or Pilates or Yogalates session on a beach or at your villa surrounded by nature, fresh air and a peaceful atmosphere. Move, stretch and breathe deeply while listening to the sounds of birds, the wind and, if near the sea, the gentle waves. The session can include: • gentle yoga or energising Pilates or yogalates (a mix of Hatha Yoga & Pilates) • stretching and mobility work • breathing exercises (pranayama) • deep relaxation and meditation Classes are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
