Make Lunch with Onsen Kitchen in Unzen

With the help of your host, you'll experience the unique and eco-friendly way of cooking, "natural steaming, " while learning about local life in Japan. As part of this this class, you will visit an organinc farmer's market and fish market, choose local ingredients and use onsen steam pods to make noodle dishes. This is almost the only place in Japan where you can use hot spring water for cooking. Vegetarians and Vegans are welcome. Please let me know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. After the class, you can take a hot spring bath in a ryokan where this class is held at if you want! Get ready for a special and local experience!!

-shop at local stores ( we’ll take a walk to buy fish, tofu, and vegetables) -cook food with steam pods (it’s fun and easy to use natural steaming pods) -have the dishes (enjoy eating time) -clean the place ( I’d appreciate if you can help us cleaning) -take Onsen(optional ) ( if you want, you can use our onsen bath to relax)
