We begin with grounding breathwork, followed by flowing yoga stretches and movements. Then, stepping off the yoga mat, you’ll join fellow participants in playful balancing games that prepare your body and mind for the thrill of walking the slackline. You’ll learn how to apply fundamental yoga principles to slacklining, making the experience both meaningful and enjoyable. Throughout the session, you’ll naturally build skills and confidence in a supportive, uplifting atmosphere where like-minded explorers connect and grow together. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, you’ll leave energized, centered, and part of a vibrant community. No prior experience of yoga or slacklining needed - just bring your curiosity and playful attitude!
