Kansas City Segway Tour: Art and Glide

This 1.5-hour Segway tour will visit the cultural center of Kansas City, taking in the architecture, art, and landscape/gardens of our bustling metropolis. This 1.5 hr tour does NOT go to The Plaza shopping/restaurant district or to the Westport area. Please note that all guests NEED TO ARRIVE 30 MINUTES BEFORE the start of their tour time for MANDATORY SEGWAY TRAINING. There is available on-street PARKING in the immediate area along Walnut St. and 43rd St.

   Explore the grounds of the Kemper museum en route to the Art Institute.

   The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art

   15 min

   We tour near the museum and the nearby gardens.

   Kansas City Art Institute

   10 min

   Explore the Art Institute where several famous artists got their start including Walt Disney.

• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Minimum age is 12 years old AND THEY MUST WEIGH AT LEAST 100 lbs. for the Segway base to operate correctly.
• Participants under 18 MUST be with a parent or responsible party 21 yrs or older to sign waiver.
