Half Day Penguin And Whale Watching

Experience the best of the Cape in just a few hours. Journey along the iconic Chapman’s Peak Drive before arriving in Simon’s Town, where you’ll meet the charming African penguins at Boulders Beach. Then, head out to sea for a two and half-hour guided whale-watching experience, where you can witness these magnificent creatures up close. Between June and November, whales migrate all the way from Antarctica to breed along this coastline—making this a truly special and seasonal experience. After pickup, we travel along the breathtaking Chapman’s Peak Drive, one of the most scenic coastal routes in the region. Along this route, we arrive in Simon’s Town, where guests will visit Boulders Beach to experience the famous African penguin colony. While in Simon’s Town, guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy a guided whale-watching experience. Clients will board a boat and spend approximately two hours at sea, observing these magnificent marine creatures in their natural habitat. These whales migrate all the way from Antarctica to the South African coastline for breeding and calving, and can typically be seen between June and November.
