Guided Tour in Aix-en-Provence: Historical Old City

An exceptional tour where I will unveil to you Aix in all her glory: historical sites, scandals, winners and losers, hidden corners, secrets, sumptuous stories that will leave you breathless. What happened here? And why here of all places? Starting with the Romans in 120 BC! We will weave in and out of shady picturesque alleyways in the historical center of Aix. We will observe fountains, houses, buildings, statutes, gardens and other interesting spots and tell the stories of the people who lived and died there, of those who fought for love – and won or lost. All this with culinary touches that only Aix can supply so prepare your taste buds for a feast of the senses. Big market days are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Small market days are every day!    We will in general walk through the old city stopping to discuss famous buildings, tasting some goodies from local shops (not included), telling stories of the famous historical capital of Provence.
