Led by an experienced instructor, this unique session is designed to help you unwind, improve flexibility, and boost your mood in a fun, stress-free environment. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or trying it for the first time, goat yoga offers a refreshing twist on your usual routine. Spaces are limited to just 15 guests per session to keep the experience intimate and enjoyable, so be sure to sign up early to reserve your spot!
