As we return to our open-air kitchen, the aroma of Briam—a medley of garden vegetables roasting in the wood-burning oven—has already filled the air. Before you take your seat at our big Farmer’s Table, you will watch us prepare the final touches on your starters. Our menu is a tribute to the garden’s peak: each vegetable we grow is transformed into a traditional dish. To finish these cold starters, we use our premium awarded olive oil, while our "Selection" oil brings depth to the slow-cooked dishes. This is an experience that will redefine how you perceive food.
