Diego Rivera wanted the Anahuacalli to be integrated into a City of Arts where dance, music and theatre will be integrated into the work of artists and craftsmen around a large esplanade in which popular art will be celebrated, beyond time and history. The archive of the Anahuacalli Museum treasures a wealth of documents and photographs that allow us to understand the work and figure of Diego Rivera, as well as the gestation of this space.
