   The tour ends at my place, among the alleys of Barivecchia, where we will have a cooking class on how to prepare orecchiette followed by a tasting accompanied by a good local red wine and other traditional dishes. I will share my recipes and tricks for a perfect plate of fresh Bari pasta.
