As you cook, learn about the rich culinary heritage of Zakynthos and the Mediterranean diet, with its focus on wholesome ingredients and healthy eating. Start with a traditional Greek welcome of cold ouzo and a "meze" platter of local olives, marinated anchovies, sourdough bread, and olive oil. At Marlen's Garden, we believe that food creates memories and emotions, and brings people together. That's why our cooking classes are designed to be hands-on, interactive, and enjoyable. Cook in small teams and with the guidance of Chef Antonis Kyvetos.
