The first dish we will cook khinkali is the pride of Georgian cuisine. Dough: During the cooking class, you will learn how to turn your khinkali correctly so they don't fall apart when cooking. Fixing: You will find out what ingredients to fill your khinkali with the same healing broth that perhaps takes up the main place in the process of eating this dish. We will cook khachapuri in the second dish in Imeretian style. Our chef will show you how to properly form the dough for khachapuri so that it turns out even, and what cheese to use so that it stretches and melts in your mouth.
