Come have a great experience learning hands on, on how we make our traditional Alcatra dish, and bread at a local home with locals We will teach you at a beautiful site with amazing views Then we eat what we made, accompanied buy our local cheeses, wines, beer, water, and a famous desert.

we will cook one of the most traditional dishes of the Island "Alcatra" we will also make bread, all in our wooden oven, we will have a great view and have some local starters while waiting for the Alcatra and for the bread. you can walk around the property, see the bees, fruit trees, pick any if in season.
