When you visit us, you will embark on a captivating, hands-on journey through our farm where we will guide you step-by-step through the fresh, seasonal products we harvest and use daily. Beyond simply picking your own ingredients to cook with moments later, you will uncover the rich, fascinating history of how our ancestors utilized these local crops to shape traditional regional dishes and refreshing drinks. Experience firsthand how ancient preservation techniques, local farming wisdom, and sun-ripened produce come together to create the authentic flavors of our heritage, turning a simple meal into a true celebration of the land.

• Welcome & Tasting: We start by getting to know each other while enjoying traditional drinks like homemade local raki or ouzo, accompanied by homemade,jams, artisanal local cheeses, spoon sweets and fresh seasonal fruits. • Hands-on Cooking Class: Jump into the kitchen for an interactive session where you make everything yourself. Using exclusively homegrown and local ingredients, you will prepare iconic Greek dishes such as stuffed vegetables or moussaka, authentic tzatziki, meatballs or zucchini fritters, traditional pies, and tiganites (Greek pancakes) with local honey. • Farm Tour: While your meal is slowly cooking to perfection, we take you on a guided walk around the farm. The farm consists of 400 trees, including oranges, mandarin, and citron trees, apricot trees, and so on. Here, you will see firsthand exactly where all the fresh products and raw ingredients are grown and produced. You will delve deep into the rich history, agriculture, and gastronomy of Naxos. • The Feast: Lastly we gather around the shared table to enjoy the delicious feast you prepared, celebrating like locals!
